Training & Development Centre

Making impact with your meeting. Always

Events play a central role in achieving your goals as an organization. Training can help to ensure that their impact is felt long after your meeting ends.

Why now

Too many organizations miss the training opportunities presented by meetings. Whether it is a scientific event for healthcare professionals or a commercial meeting for your salesforce, training and development can help to ensure its success and equip participants with the skills and knowhow to advance your goals.

Why us

GCO has delivered strategic meetings management (SMM) solutions for more than 30 years. Our team has the specialist knowledge to advise on the design of training and development content that will ensure your meetings achieve their objectives.

What we do

Our Training & Development Centre (TDC) offers customized programs for clients, based on their needs. TDC offers education, training and coaching solutions for individuals and teams in medical and commercial roles. Programs are offered during single meetings or workshops, or over a sustained period.

Who we are

GCO’s TDC is led by Joke van Rijn and Gary Steeples, both of whom have over 20 years’ experience in the commercial healthcare industry. They have worked extensively on (and with) all levels of life science organizations, ranging from senior leadership and medical teams to marketing and sales. Their exclusive focus on life sciences equips them to bring unparalleled value to every meeting they are involved in.

Who can benefit from this service

Our TDC team works with established or growing biotech, pharma and MedTech companies. We help organizations preparing to launch new products, looking for ways to make meetings more interactive, or running workshop for sales and medical affairs teams.
