Alain Barathe is an Account Director at GCO Global managing a large top 10 Pharma account partnering with high-level executives, brand managers, and key decision makers to offer strategic and well-designed solutions within the Meetings & Events Industry. After spending over 10 years working in Account Management, Business Development and Project Management areas, Alain knows what truly drives multicultural communication, transparency, compliance, consulting & planning in a complex environment.
Prior joining GCO, Alain held positions as a Diplomatic Relations Manager in Hotel David Intercontinental Tel Aviv, Israel and Director of Corporate Sales in Hotel Real Intercontinental San Jose, Costa Rica, his passion for communication, diplomatic approach and sales was developed. His global footprint and service oriented skills led him to successful implementation and completion of many projects and clients’ acquisitions within the events and hotel industry.
Best described as a “citizen of the world” living in 7+ countries in different continents, his passion of travelling taught him to be excellent in building up in short period of time strong network(s) at all levels.
